Any product purchased from Ethnicity is eligible for exchange only if it is unused, unwashed, and still has its original tag and packaging intact. Please note that we do not offer exchanges unless an incorrect or faulty item has been delivered.
This policy applies exclusively to local orders. For international orders, exchanges are only accepted if you receive the wrong product or a damaged item.
Products purchased during sale or promotional periods are not eligible for exchange, except in cases where an incorrect or defective item has been delivered.
All exchange requests must be made within 3–4 days of receiving your order.
Exchange Process
While Ethnicity does not offer refunds or general exchanges once an order has been processed, you are entitled to an exchange if we have mistakenly sent the wrong item or if your product arrives damaged.
In such cases, please reach out to our customer care team via email or WhatsApp at
0319-0483452 along with your order number. Our representative will coordinate the replacement for you promptly.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Once the order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. After dispatch, our exchange policy will take effect.
Ethnicity reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing discrepancies, or declined payments from your financial institution.
