  2. Once you’ve added all items, click the cart icon at the top of the page.

  3. Review your selected products and confirm quantities.

  4. Click “Checkout.”

  5. Enter your shipping details and personal information.

  6. Continue to the shipping method section and choose Standard Shipping.

  7. Proceed to the payment method section.

  8. Click “Complete Order” to finalize your purchase.

Q: What is your delivery timeline?

For orders within Pakistan, delivery takes approximately 3–8 working days. For international orders, it usually takes 6–10 working days. However, for new arrivals and latest launches, delivery may take up to 10–15 working days for local orders and 12–20 working days for international ones.

Q: What are your shipping charges?

We offer free delivery across Pakistan. For international orders, shipping and handling costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your location. Please note, free shipping is not available for international orders.

Q: Do you provide cash refunds?

We currently do not offer cash refunds. In cases of damaged products or size issues, customers may request an exchange or receive a coupon of equal value, which can be used for future purchases from our online store.

Q: Can I exchange an outfit if the size is incorrect?

Yes, exchanges are available for domestic orders within Pakistan in accordance with our Exchange Policy.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for international orders?

For international orders, please note:

  • COD service is not available.
