At Ethnicity, we offer reliable nationwide delivery across Pakistan. Our standard delivery time is 10 to 15 working days, while new arrivals and latest launches may take up to 15 to 20 working days. We provide multiple convenient payment options including Cash on Delivery (COD) and  Bank Transfers only . We strive to ensure each order reaches you on time, handled with care, and in perfect condition.

International Shipping

For our international customers, we are delighted to deliver worldwide. Please note that Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available for international orders — payments must be made in advance via Visa/MasterCard or Bank Transfer. Delivery for international orders typically takes 10 to 14 working days. Shipping charges are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. Any custom duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in your country will be the customer’s responsibility. Kindly note that returns, refunds, or exchanges are not available for international orders. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform our customer care team before your order has been dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accommodated as we prioritize timely delivery. Our dispatch time is 6 PM daily, so cancellation requests must be made before that time on the same day your order is placed. Ethnicity reserves the right to cancel any order in cases such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or payment issues.
